Disgusting. How could someone just ignore the rules that hold modern society together. Not only should you never begin a sentence (or in this case, a colon-offset list) with a digit, but single-worded written numbers should always be written out, no matter their location. Marc Topkin should be ashamed for his terrible journalism.
