Jim Leyland Is Only 67: America Reacts
So today I realized/learned that Detroit Tigers manager Jim Leyland is 67 years old. Seriously? Just 67? Look at this guy:

Stunned by my discovery, I did what any sane person would do: I expressed my shock and dismay to the approximately two dozen sad, lonely souls and spambots who follow me on Twitter.
Wait, Jim Leyland is only 67 years old?

@devil_fingers My favourite baseball curiosity of all time is that Cito Gaston is older than Jim Leyland.

@devil_fingers The amazing thing about that is that it means HE WAS IN HIS 40s with the Pirates in the early 90s.

@jlwoj @devil_fingers Leyland also has a 20 year old son playing A ball for the Tigers. I assumed it was his GRANDson. Nope.

67, coincidentally, is the number of blown saves the Tigers will have this year.
