I just had an idea for a fun project. Let’s find an MLB Player with one of the fewest numbers of Twitter followers and make him really happy.

My quick investigation tells me it’s definitely not Nick Swisher, who has 1,446,260 followers.

Anthony Bass and Micah Owings are out due to my religious intolerance.

Chris Giminez is out because I hate the Giants.

I think smoking is disgusting, just say no to Matt Mangini

That leaves Jeff Keppinger and Jordan Lyles.
Keppinger’s tweet is very focused and matter of fact. I like that. But he doesn’t seem to like his kids.
Lyles’ tweet, I’m not sure what ‘shooter’ he’s referring to, but I like red-heads.

Gonna have to go with the prospect over the gritty vet.

He’s probably referring to “Shooter”, an action movie co-starring a redheaded Kate Mara. I’m guessing he might be saying that he wants her to be his wife?
