Wow. My ladyfriend actually owns that film on DVD. Awful.

Dear NotGraphs,

My current ladyfriend owns “Black Snake Moan”. I mean, it’s the second best Samuel L. Jackson film with “snake” in the title … that’s saying something. Is it time to find a new ladyfriend?

Thanks for your help,

Sure if you’re using imdbWAR it is.

Going by rtWAR, Snakes on a Plane is currently carrying a 68% to 66% advantage. Small, yes, but still telling.

Of course you should never make definitive judgments based solely upon numbers on a computer screen, which is why I have involved my eyes in this endeavor as well. After a careful viewing of each film before posting this comment I’m more inclined to trust the rtWAR numbers. I think there is something screwy with the defensive input on the imdbWAR side that is causing the discrepancy.
